General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of amusement equipment and services by Swawa Amusement ("Seller", "We", "Us"), the official global brand and representative of Mi Ying Factory, to the purchaser ("Buyer", "Client"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Orders and Specifications

All orders are subject to acceptance by Swawa Amusement. The specifications, dimensions, and technical parameters of the amusement rides (including custom IP designs like "Future Space" or "Mecha") will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract. Minor manufacturing adjustments that do not affect the core functionality or safety of the equipment are reserved by the Seller.

Limitation of Liability

Swawa Amusement is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the equipment, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated in accordance with local safety regulations and the provided user manual.

Installation

Swawa Amusement rides are designed for "Low Threshold" setup.

  • Guidance: Comprehensive 3D installation drawings and video tutorials are provided free of charge.
  • On-Site Service: If the Buyer requires on-site installation engineers, the Buyer shall bear the costs of round-trip air tickets, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily service fee per engineer.
