Logistics & Warehousing Specialist

Responsible for the entire logistics flow from factory to international clients, ensuring safe packaging and on-time delivery of amusement equipment (e.g., trackless trains, bumper cars).
  • Handle professional export packaging (shockproof, wooden crate reinforcement) for amusement rides to ensure safety during long-distance sea freight.
  • Operate forklifts and handling equipment for loading/unloading and inventory placement within the factory.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies; prepare Packing Lists and arrange container loading.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and inspect the visual quality of goods before shipment.

Physically fit and hardworking; experience in factory warehousing or export packaging is a plus; Forklift license applies.

International Sales Specialist

Act as the bridge between Swawa and the global market, expanding overseas business and converting B2B clients through fluent English and niche languages (e.g., Malay).
  • Develop new clients via website inquiries, social media, and trade shows; respond to quotes and customization queries regarding amusement rides.
  • Utilize language skills (English & Malay/Spanish, etc.) for business negotiations and video conferences with regional clients.
  • Follow up on the order process from deposit to after-sales feedback regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Accurately convey Mi Ying Factory’s manufacturing capabilities to clients, establishing trust in Swawa as the official brand.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Malay) is highly preferred; Familiar with foreign trade processes and Incoterms; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Manufacturing Technical Specialist

Responsible for the core manufacturing processes and debugging of amusement equipment, ensuring every unit meets Swawa’s international export standards before leaving the factory.
  • Machining: Operate CNC machines for precision component processing, ensuring the accuracy of trackless trains and mechanical structures.
  • Surface Treatment: Handle painting and baking processes to verify vibrant colors and rust resistance, meeting shopping mall aesthetic standards.
  • Electronic Debugging: Solder and debug control boxes and circuit boards; configure motor power, lighting effects, and sound systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct load testing on assembled equipment to eliminate mechanical noise or circuit failures.

Experience in mechatronics, painting, or CNC operation; ability to read CAD drawings and circuit diagrams; experience in the amusement equipment industry is preferred.
